Glacier National Park

Brian's Outdoor HangoutNational Park Service

Glacier National Park straddles the border between the United States and Canada in northwestern Montana and southwestern Alberta. The park is a wonderful place for hiking, biking, scenic drives, rafting, boating, fishing, wildlife viewing, photography, and other outdoor activities. The average temperature in mid-summer is 79 degrees F. The park offers a home to grizzly bears, black bears, mule deer, and bighorn sheep. Exercise precautions while hiking or wandering around outdoors.
